Hi my name is Royston Frederick & I’m happy to share a little about myself with you so you may get an idea of what inspired me to work with vibrational energies such as Reconnective Healing & Usui Reiki. In February of 2008 my brother Laurence A. Frederick did a Reiki session on me as he did many times before. This time however was different. At the start of the session I felt a cool fluid like feeling seep into my chest & disperse into my torso until it warmed to my body’s temperature. If I didn’t experience it first hand for myself I would not have believed it. Less than a year later I felt a shift within me, a calmness so surreal that it changed my reality. What I’ve learned through my short journey of self awareness is that the words Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Qi Gong etc. are only words we use to describe the subtle changes from one vibrational frequency to another. I believe that when we interact with these energies our body learns a new language like children interacting with a teacher whether young or old. If we become aware of our body we will then become aware of our sensitivities to the surrounding world. Our bodies communicate to us & our environment in many ways, but because of our every day busy lives we ignore what it tries to tell us. In return we become ill from subtle illnesses such as colds & Flu’s to terminal illnesses such as cancer. I currently hold certifications in energy modalities such as “Usui Reiki; Reconnective Healing Level I/II & Level III The Reconnection”. I’ve also practiced Qi Gong exercises & meditate anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes per day to fortify my focus, which is important for distance or remote healing. I have helped many people on a physical; emotional; mental & spiritual level, soothing negative memories and correcting negative behavioural patterns which have been engrained in the body & mind. I like to help people & hope to help you someday! |
